2. Types of Messages

You will receive the following types of SMS notifications:

• Booking confirmation messages when you make a reservation
• 1-hour advance reminder messages before your scheduled tee time
• Cancellation notices if you cancel a booking
• Account-related updates and important facility notifications

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You may receive:

• 1-2 messages per booking (confirmation + reminder)
• Additional messages if you cancel or modify bookings
• Occasional facility updates or important notices

You will not receive marketing or promotional messages unless you separately opt-in to our marketing communications.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Please contact your carrier for pricing plans and details.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

• Removing your phone number from your account dashboard

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent. You may opt back in at any time by adding your phone number through your account dashboard.

Our SMS service supports all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. If you experience delivery issues, please contact support.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable SMS notifications, we cannot guarantee delivery or timing of messages due to factors outside our control, including:

• Wireless carrier delays or outages
• Network congestion
• Device compatibility issues
• SMS service provider technical issues

You should not rely solely on SMS notifications for time-sensitive information related to your bookings.
